D&D Travel's look at Washington, DC's Eastern Market at Capitol Hill...and the United States Botanic Garden!

Eastern Market, Washington DC's original and premier food & arts market, is located in the heart of the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood and literally a few steps from the Metro stop! It offers arts and crafts and area produce in a fabulous mix of color at 225 7th Street SE. Take a look at just a bit of their offerings:

Another free attraction close to the market at Capitol Hill is the United States Botanic Garden. Once again, most of the images really need no explanation...Enjoy!
