You never know what you'll find along back roads! This, an apparent memorial to "The Smiling Irishman" Bob Ryan, is along Indiana 111 west of New Albany, part of the Ohio River Scenic Byway. Bob passed away in February, 2021, a well-known car dealer in Louisville, KY. |
